As a 16th century alchemist, Heinrich Khunrath – who wrote the 'Amphitheatrum Sapientiae Aeternae' (Amphitheater of Eternal Wisdom) – devoted his life to discovering the formless matter known as ‘prima materia’. It is this substance that was believed by alchemists to be instrumental to finding eternal wisdom – and the immortality-giving Philosopher’s Stone.
There is no evidence that Khunrath was ever successful in his goal, but he did have a mysterious habit of adopting multiple identities. So who can really say for certain how and when he died? Or…if he ever died at all?
Hip-length, easy to wear and featuring square-cut sleeves, this is destined to be your go-to piece for when your outfit needs that extra push in the direction of 'awesome'.
