RETURNS

Q: I would like to return an item I purchased from BMLA – is it too late?

A: Unfortunately it is. We accepted returns until the COB on the 17th of June 2016 but we are no longer able to accept returns for gear purchased at BMLA.

Q: I have already mailed my return but I haven’t heard from anyone – will it be accepted?

 A: As stated in the information posted on our website on April 22nd 2016, all returns needed to be received at BMHQ by the 3rd of June 2016. As a gesture of good will we then extended this to the 17th of June 2016 but we can’t extend this any further. All returns that have arrived within this timeframe have been processed. If your return arrives after this date we will contact you to let you know and we will return the item(s) to you.

 


GIFT VOUCHERS

Q: I have a gift voucher for the US web store, can I still use it?

A: If you had a gift voucher for the US web store that you hadn’t used up, don’t stress!

We have reissued your gift voucher to ensure it works on our combined website. This will have been issued to the person who purchased the voucher, so if you were awesome enough to have bought someone special a gift voucher that they haven’t completely used you should have heard from us! Once you have this email you can forward the new voucher onto the recipient! They will be able to use this on our combined website just the same way they could use it on the US site.

We have converted your voucher to Australian Dollars using the most current exchange rate at the time of the transfer. We did this to ensure you get to use up every last cent of it’s value on shiny nylon goodness.

STORE ACCOUNTS

Q: What happens to my US web store account?

 A: If you have only ever shopped with us from our US website you will need to create a new account on our combined website. If you shop with us on both sites you can continue to use your account from the AU store for all your future nylon nomming. We will have information about your store count for your milestones and any purchases made from the US web store will still count towards these ^_^

Q: So now the websites have been combined and all the shiny nylon is sent from Australia what are my shipping options?

 A: Great question! Here they are:

Option: Express Post
How much: Free!
How long it will take: 1-3 business days after being shipped.
Tracking: Full tracking available through Australia Post.
FREE Returns for orders over $150. Australian Customers Only.

USA

Option: Standard International
How much: Free!
How long it will take: usually 1 – 4 weeks but up to 6 weeks after being shipped                                            
Tracking: No tracking available.

Option: UPS Express Courier (for orders up to $399 AUD)
How much: $18 AUD
How long it will take: 2-5 business days after being shipped.
Tracking: Full tracking available through UPS.

Option: UPS Express Courier (for orders over $400 AUD)
How much: Free!
How long it will take: 2-5 business days after being shipped.
Tracking: Full tracking available through UPS.

EVERYWHERE ELSE

Option: Standard International
How much: Free!*
How long it will take: usually 1 – 4 weeks but up to 6 weeks after being shipped                                            Tracking: No tracking available.
Note: If you choose this option and your package goes missing, we can't be held liable.
