All items must be returned back to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached. If returning swims, please make sure that the hygiene sticker is left on. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
We only offer store credits or refunds for returned items. If you are wanting to exchange your items, you will be given a store credit which you will be able to use towards your next order. :)
Please be aware that your new order will be processed through as per normal, and we cannot fast track any new orders processed. Sorry. :(
