How long will it take to get my order?
It's coming, promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment. At busy times it make take us an extra day or two to get your parcel out the door so your patience is appreciated!
Once we ship your gear, it should arrive within 1 to 3 business days as we use Express Post within Australia. If you live in regional or rural area it may take a couple of extra days to get to you.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes! You will receive an express post tracking number with your shipping confirmation so you can track your shiny parcel all the way to your front door!
How can I pay?
We only accept payments made through PayPal.
Is it safe?
Absolutely – as well as buying from a reputable Australian company you will also be protected by the eBay and PayPal buyer protection programs!
How do I use my gift voucher?
You can only use your BlackMilk Clothing gift voucher on our official website. You’ll need to head over to www.blackmilkclothing.com to spend that bad boy! Happy nomming!
How do I make an order?
Just head to our eBay store Black_Milk_Clothing and click on a product you like and is available in your size and add it to your cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process and soon you’ll own some awesome BlackMilk gear!
How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order through our eBay store you will be unable to make any changes to it or cancel it. Please carefully check that you have selected the right product and size and that all your address details are correct before finalising your order as all sales are final.
How do I return an order?
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless an item is faulty. All sales are final. If you have received the wrong item, a faulty item or if something is just not right with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it sorted out for you.
I made multiple orders, can I combine them?
Nope! Our super ninja Warehouse team endeavours to pick and pack your orders in the most efficient and fair way i.e. chronologically. And we get so many orders that we just don't have the capacity to combine orders.
Where is my order?
Hasn’t it turned up yet? What a bummer. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just drop an email to email@example.com and we’ll investigate. If you have received a shipping notification just consult your tracking number, it should be with you really soon!
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
Ahh this is so awkward, it doesn’t happen often we promise! Ok so the best thing to do is email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the faults. If we determine the garment is faulty, we will get it sorted for you.
Will purchases made on eBay count towards the rewards program?
Nope! You will need to purchase directly from our website WWW.BLACKMILKCLOTHING.COM in order for your purchases to count towards our Nylon Addicts rewards program.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Sure do! You can grab them here: https://blackmilkclothing.com/products/gift-voucher but they can only be used on our website, not on our eBay store!
Where are your products made?
We manufacture in Brisbane, Australia. Why? Because that’s where we are and we really like to stay on top and in touch with the manufacturing process. We also have a few select hosiery products that are manufactured in Italy.
Where are your fabrics from?
We source our fabrics from all around the world! Cauz there are just some countries that really know their stuff when it comes to fabric.
