All orders purchased with the gift voucher will be subject to returns terms and conditions.

BlackMilk (Promoter) reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, or, in the opinion of the Promoter, engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any individual if it becomes aware that their entry falls within these conditions.

Vouchers cannot be applied manually to orders once placed, and partial refunds cannot be issued for the voucher amount. If the voucher is not applied correctly, please contact our Customer Experience Team at hello@blackmilkclothing.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We may be able to cancel your order for repurchase, subject to warehouse processing.
