SHIPPING INFORMATION

​The US government has announced a change to how tariffs are collected on all incoming parcels. From t​he 29th of August 2025, all tariffs and duties must be paid before parcels arrive in​to the US, rather than afterwards.

What does this mean for US customers?

• The only method we have for shipping to the US is International Standard - Postal Clearance.
• All duties and tariffs will be added at cart ​- meaning no extra ​c​osts to battle when your order arrives!
• Shipping (whether free or paid) never includes the cost of tariffs. Any applicable tariffs will always be displayed separately at checkout.
• If you already have an order with us​ that hasn't left our warehouse yet and duties haven't yet been paid, ​our team will be in touch to ​g​o over your options.
• We are working on enabling faster shipping methods to the US, please bear with us.

Please note that all shipping costs, duties, and tariffs paid are non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances, including (but not limited to) change of mind, refusal of delivery, or returned shipments.

The only exception is if a charge is later determined to have been applied unlawfully or in error by the relevant authority. In such cases, we will work with you to have these charges reviewed.

We strongly recommend checking local import rules and costs before placing your order, as these charges are collected and enforced by customs authorities and are outside of our control.

Free Shipping Thresholds:

Free Shipping is available for orders exceeding specific price thresholds based on the customer's location and currency.

Important Considerations:

• Shipping options are finalised at checkout after the shipping address is confirmed.
• Free Shipping eligibility is calculated based on the final order value (excluding duties, tariffs and taxes).

We generally dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving your order (provided it does not contain any pre-order items). During peak periods and new releases, dispatch may take up to 4 business days.International Postal Clearance Shipping generally takes 4-8 business days after dispatch. However given the recent changes in the clearance process, there may be unexpected delays once your parcel arrives with US customs. This service provides full tracking. Read the full T&C’s here.

Please note:

• Duties/Customs fees: These are included in the costs displayed at checkout.
  
• Parcels delivery to a PO Box, APO, FPO or other military addresses may be impacted.
  
• Please allow an additional business day for the Warehouse team to process your order if it was placed on a weekend, during peak times (e.g. Christmas, Boxing Day and after major releases) or an Australian public holiday. Even packing ninjas need a break every now and then!
  
• Orders placed after 12pm AEST will require an additional business day to be shipped.
  

*Delivery dates may vary due to the courier’s network, and/or the time it takes to be processed through Customs. These times are a guide only as detailed in our Terms of Service.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email! Your shipping confirmation will also contain your tracking number, so you can follow your shiny new goodies all the way to your door.

For the most accurate updates once your parcel reaches your country, copy and paste your tracking number into your local postal service’s website.

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via Aus Post*. If your order is placed on a business day before 11am AEST, it will be dispatched same day. If it’s placed after 11am AEST, it will be dispatched the following business day. Please note any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day. The exception to this is where you have purchased any items on pre-order. Please check product pages for for further information on shipping times.

*If your order is part of a promotion these time frames may not apply.

Orders will be delivered by the relevant courier service. If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, your parcel will either be safe dropped (i.e. left in a safe location), or you will receive information from the courier service on how to collect your gear.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, all risk passes to you as per our Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any damages or loss incurred once it leaves our premises, and enters the care of the elected third party courier.

The above Delivery Policy sets out the terms and conditions of delivery of products purchased from BlackMilk Clothing Pty Ltd (ACN 87 140 574 009) (referred to as BlackMilk Clothing, BlackMilk, we, our, or us). In addition to this Policy, all products purchased from us are subject to our Terms and Conditions of sale, which are available here.

Your parcel is being sent DDP (delivered duties paid) which means there should be no additional in country, tariffs, duties and fees to pay.
