The HAUNTED promotion starts at 9:00am AEST Thursday 17 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST Sunday 20 September 2026, unless ended earlier.

How It Works

• We’ve hidden 10 promotional codes (“Codes”) across the BlackMilk website (happy hunting 👻).
  
• Each Code unlocks a different discount, ranging from $10 off up to $100 off or 15% to 30% off.
  
• Most codes are limited.
  
• Codes must be entered at checkout to redeem.
  
• Additional Codes may be released during the Promotion Period at BlackMilk’s sole discretion.
  

Availability & Redemption (Read This 👀)

• Codes are strictly limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
  
• You may find a Code, but it may no longer be valid by the time you check out if it has already been used.
  
• Codes stay on the site even once they’ve been redeemed, so if one doesn’t work, keep hunting.
  
• Adding items to cart or entering a Code doesn’t reserve it - only completing checkout locks in your discount.
  
• BlackMilk does not guarantee that all customers will find or successfully redeem a Code.
  

Use of Codes

• Discount codes must be entered in the Discount Code field at checkout.
  
• No rain-checks - codes cannot be applied manually after an order has been placed.
  
• Codes are valid on orders with a minimum spend of $80 AUD.
  
• Sale items do not contribute to the minimum spend requirement and are not eligible for discount.
  
• Only one Code may be used per order.
  
• Codes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
  
• Codes are valid on all products and collections, excluding sale and Gift Cards.
  
• Codes are not redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards, and do not apply to shipping or any duties, taxes, or tariffs.

Code Functionality

If a Code does not work, it may be because:

• It has already been redeemed or reached its usage limit
  
• It has expired, been removed, or replaced
  
• The order does not meet the minimum spend
  
• The minimum spend is reached but it includes sale items
  
• The Code is being applied to excluded products, such as sale items or Gift Vouchers
  

Customers may continue searching for other Codes during the Promotion Period, however availability is not guaranteed.

Orders, Changes & Returns

• Discounts are revealed at checkout and are final once the order is placed.
  
• Orders cannot be amended to apply a different Code after purchase.
  
• Discounts will not be refunded, credited, or reissued after checkout.
  
• All orders remain subject to BlackMilk’s standard Returns Policy.
  

Fair Use

• BlackMilk reserves the right to verify the validity of Code use and cancel or refuse orders where misuse, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion is suspected (play nice 🖤)

• Entry is open to anyone who comments their print name suggestion on the nominated social media post, between 9am AEST on Saturday 1 August 2026 and 12pm (midday) AEST on Monday 3 August 2026.
• One entry per comment.
• You do not need to be a Sharkie Arcade member to enter or win, however you must be a Sharkie Arcade member to claim the 1000 Token prize.
• The winning entry will be selected at BlackMilk's sole discretion, based on creativity and relevance to the print.
• The winner will be announced via comment reply on the original competition post, and contacted directly via DM, on or around Monday 3 August 2026.
• The prize is 1000 Tokens credited to the winner's Sharkie Arcade account, and is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other product or service.
• If the winner is not a Sharkie Arcade member at the time of winning, they will be given 3 days to join and claim their prize, after which the prize may be forfeited.
• By entering, you grant BlackMilk permission to use your submitted print name across any products featuring this print, and to feature your first name credited for the product name on relevant product pages, without further compensation.

The Sharkie Arcade is our Loyalty Program, where existing members can earn rewards by referring new customers (Sharkies) to BlackMilk.

This offer is open to new customers who have been referred to BlackMilk and is separate to any code or offer customers may receive when joining the Loyalty Program.

Signing up for a BlackMilk customer account does not automatically sign you up to the Loyalty Program, and the discount code received through this offer can be used independently of the program.

The referred customer discount code is valid for one use only per customer/account.

To qualify as a referred customer, the customer must complete account registration through the referral link provided by the referring Sharkie. Simply clicking the referral link alone is not sufficient.

After completing registration, referred customers should continue browsing the BlackMilk website from the Profile page to help ensure the referral tracks correctly. Closing the Profile page immediately after registration may interrupt referral tracking and may result in referral Tokens not being applied to the referring Sharkie.

Referred customers do not need to place their order directly through the referral link, provided their account registration was completed and tracked successfully through the referral process.Referral discount codes:

• Are valid for 90 days from the date of issue;
