The Sharkie Arcade is our Loyalty Program, where existing members can earn rewards by referring new customers (Sharkies) to BlackMilk.

This offer is open to new customers who have been referred to BlackMilk and is separate to any code or offer customers may receive when joining the Loyalty Program.

Signing up for a BlackMilk customer account does not automatically sign you up to the Loyalty Program, and the discount code received through this offer can be used independently of the program.

The referred customer discount code is valid for one use only per customer/account.

To qualify as a referred customer, the customer must complete account registration through the referral link provided by the referring Sharkie. Simply clicking the referral link alone is not sufficient.

After completing registration, referred customers should continue browsing the BlackMilk website from the Profile page to help ensure the referral tracks correctly. Closing the Profile page immediately after registration may interrupt referral tracking and may result in referral Tokens not being applied to the referring Sharkie.

Referred customers do not need to place their order directly through the referral link, provided their account registration was completed and tracked successfully through the referral process.Referral discount codes:

• Are valid for 90 days from the date of issue;

• Are valid on full-priced and sale items; and

• Have no minimum spend requirement.

Customers must be logged into their BlackMilk account for the discount code to apply at checkout.

The discount is not valid on Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards, shipping costs, taxes, duties, tariffs, customs charges, surcharges, or other non-product costs.

The discount is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code unless otherwise stated.

The discount code must be entered in the Discount Code field during checkout for the discount to apply correctly.

If you return you purchase, the referring Sharkie will loose the referral Tokens associated with your initial purchase. You cannot receive a second discount code after returning items purchased with the discount code.

BlackMilk reserves the right to cancel or amend the referral program and associated offers at any time without prior notice.

Customers found to be referring themselves, creating duplicate accounts, abusing the referral system, or engaging in fraudulent or misleading conduct may have their referral codes, rewards, discounts, Tokens, or accounts cancelled, restricted, or removed from the Sharkie Arcade program at BlackMilk’s discretion.

BlackMilk reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and disqualify any customer who tampers with the referral process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

BlackMilk is not responsible for referral tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, device changes, private browsing, or interrupted registration processes.
