This super cute print is based on a perfume ad from the 1920s. If you look closely, you can see little mermaid babies playing in the waves: adorable!

– Three shaped tiers (curving up at the front and down at the back) for extra swishiness
– Not quite a midi, not quite a maxi, this dress falls in between these lengths, around mid-calf
– This dress is lined, to about mid-thigh length
