Local Pick Up

Any orders placed by 7am will be ready for collection the following business day from BMHQ*. Collection Hours: 8.30am to 3.00pm - Monday to Friday. Read more here.

We always aim to get your order out the door as quickly as possible (usually within two business days) but there are times when it takes just a little bit longer – especially after big collection releases, when the Sharkies have descended and nommed everything in sight. If you have bought a presale piece, be sure to check the product page for the estimated shipping date.

If you opt for standard shipping, we use Australia Post’s Parcel Post service, which is usually delivered between 2–12 days if you are in a metro area.

If you upgrade to express shipping, we use Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the Express Post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas – Perth CBD only). Australia Post does allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1–3 business days. Regional areas outside the Express Post network may be 2–5 business days.

Please Note:

  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST will require an additional business day to be shipped.
  • Please allow an additional business day for the Warehouse team to process your order if it was placed on a weekend, during peak times (e.g. Christmas, Boxing Day and after major releases) or an Australian public holiday. Even packing ninjas need a break every now and then!

*Delivery dates are a guide only as detailed in clause 7.0.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email! Your shipping confirmation will also contain your tracking number, so you can stalk your shiny new gear all the way to your door.

If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, your parcel will either be safe dropped (i.e. left in a safe location), or you will receive information from the courier service on how to collect your gear.

Alternatively, if you contact Australia Post directly, you have until one hour before a delivery is made to request or cancel a safe drop. To learn more about safe drop or to request cancellation, visit Australia Post.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, all risk passes to you as per our Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any damages or loss incurred once it leaves our premises, and enters the care of the elected third party courier.

International

International Standard Shipping generally takes 1–4 weeks* after dispatch depending on the destination. This service provides full tracking and is free for any orders over $119 AUD, and a flat rate fee of $10 AUD otherwise. Standard international shipping is only available to selected countries. International Express Shipping generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. This service provides full tracking and is available for any orders of $400 AUD or above at no extra charge, and is a flat rate of $18 AUD otherwise. Please note:

  • Duties/Customs fees: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. The courier may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order.
  • Parcels shipped via International Express cannot be delivered to a PO Box, APO, FPO or other military addresses.

Due to customs regulations we cannot use standard carriers for orders over $2000, express courier arrangements may need to be made.

From 1 January 2021, the UK Government will require VAT to be paid upfront for any parcels £135 or less coming into the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, this means that we will need to charge UK customers the VAT on all orders with the value of £135 or less before we are able to ship them.

Please note: The £135 threshold is calculated on the product cost only. However VAT is charged on the full order amount which includes the shipping costs calculated at checkout.

The price of the product displayed at the time you place your order is exclusive of VAT. If you are required to pay VAT in addition to the product's price displayed at the time you place your order, applicable VAT charges will be added to your order at checkout.

This change will affect orders placed in our system from 12.00am (AEST) 1 January 2021. If your order is placed before this time, you will not be required to prepay VAT even if your order is not shipped until after 1 January 2021.

All orders are charged in $AU. The UK Government requirement for pre-paid VAT is only mandatory for parcels with a value of £135 or less. Parcels with a value above £135 will still be liable for VAT and may be liable for additional customs charges (duties) after their parcel arrives.
