Terms and conditions for custom products

We do not accept returns on any custom item(s), other than as required by Law as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

All custom goods are subject to the following conditions:

• Available for a limited time or until sold out, whichever occurs first.
• Limited sizes and styles available. This is a PRESALE item. This means that we have not yet made these items. All orders will be produced and shipped by April 30th.
• You can choose up to 8 characters (including spaces) that will appear in capital letters. We are not able to accept numbers or special characters. The use of licensed, vulgar content, copyrighted content or trademarked references is strictly prohibited. BlackMilk reserves the right to reject any custom text that we consider as unsuitable. If we are unable to produce your custom text, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team. If you do not respond within 48 hours the content will revert to the default "SHARKIE".
• Not available to be returned unless the good is faulty or where otherwise required by law.
• Subject to sell out without prior notice.

BlackMilk is not liable for any loss incurred due to breach of these terms.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all details, descriptions and prices listed on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. Any information we provide in relation to availability of products/service is a guide only and is subject to change without notice. We will not be liable for any lack of availability of products that have been ordered through the Website. If we discover an error we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it.
