We made this because we found this awesome close knit fishnet style fabric that drapes and falls really nicely, and needed a sweet long top so that all the sharkies can have something awesome to go over their leggings. During the fitting I made a comment that it looked like it was made for a hot fashion judge. So we called it 'The Judge'. The sleeves are really long so that when you pull up the tight section the loose part falls over the top. A really sweet piece. :)
