Toxic Electro Blue Leggings

This is different from our two earlier versions of the electro (the Electro, and the Pseudo Electro). It has a really nice sparkle worked through the black section. The blue is always a classic because it looks like Palpatine's force lightning. That stuff killed Samuel L Jackson.
